Return Policy

Buyer is responsible for the following:

  • Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products, if the package is damaged please contact immediately at 800-478-7869.
  • Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete
  • Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged products
  • Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping cost involved in returning the products and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery and must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Open bundles of moving blankets are non-refundable.
  • Buyer must notify of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.
  • UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx, not by We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location.
