Buyer is responsible for the following:
- Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products, if the package is damaged please contact MovingBlanketsUSA.com immediately at 800-478-7869.
- Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete
- Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged products
- Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping cost involved in returning the products and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Open bundles of moving blankets are non-refundable.
- Buyer must notify MovingBlanketsUSA.com of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.
- UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx, not by MovingBlanketsUSA.com. We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location.
